Step 2 - Audit

Our audit team checks:

• CLV (Closing Line Value): beat the closing number on at least 51% of picks
• Kelly sizing consistency: no martingale, no pattern-chasing
• Transparency: full results, not cherry-picked
• No tout language: "guaranteed", "insider info", "hammer lock", "must-play" all flagged
• Return on Investment (ROI): positive over 200+ picks
• Sample balance: not all one sport or all one market type

Pass rate for first applications is currently about 18%. The top flag-out reason is undersized sample. Re-apply after you have 90 more days.

Step 3 - Listing

Your capper profile goes live with:

• Full audited stats (record, ROI, CLV, units staked, sample size)
• Specialty tags
• Monthly pick count average

• Public follower count (after first 30 days)

Step 4 - Ongoing monitoring

Your stats update live. If CLV drops below 0% over a rolling 90-day window, you get a warning. Two consecutive 90-day windows below 0% CLV triggers delisting.

• No minimums, no withdrawal fees

Rules that stay non-negotiable

1. No guaranteed picks. Ever. "Lock", "hammer", "can't lose", "insider info" all forbidden.
2. No affiliate-link picks. You cannot push subs to a specific book for your own revenue outside the 85/15 split.
3. No hidden losses. Every pick you publish through the platform is audited. Deleting a loss is auto-detected and triggers review.
4. No buying CLV. Artificially betting closing-line steam moves to pad CLV numbers is detectable via our line-move tracker. Results in permanent delisting.
5. No personal-info harvesting. Do not DM subscribers outside the marketplace. All capper-sub communication stays in platform channels.
6. No tout-cross promotion. Referencing or driving traffic to other tipster platforms inside your NuroBets channel voids the capper agreement.

Violations are handled fast: warning, 30-day suspension, or permanent delisting depending on severity. No warnings for rules 4, 5, 6 - they are permanent delist on first offense.
