General

What is NuroBets? AI-powered sports betting intelligence. Discord bot + web app. Three tiers: Free, Pro, Elite. Picks are virtual by default. No real money wagered on-platform.

Is NuroBets a sportsbook? No. We track, analyze, and recommend. You place real bets at licensed sportsbooks (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, etc.) via affiliate links when you choose to.

What sports do you cover? NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football/basketball, UFC, soccer (EPL, MLS, Champions League), tennis majors, PGA Tour. Esports (League, Valorant, CS2) in beta.

Do you guarantee wins? No. Anyone who guarantees bets is scamming you. We publish verified CLV-tracked results. Long-term edge, not short-term certainty.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel in your Whop dashboard. No penalty. Pro benefits active through end of billing period.

Do I keep my stats if I downgrade? Yes. Your virtual bankroll, badges, streak, and XP persist across tier changes.

Elite Tier - $79.99/mo

What does Elite add on top of Pro?

Is Elite worth it if I'm new? Start Free or Pro. Elite is for users already placing 20+ bets/week at real books. If you're learning, modules 1-4 in Free + Pro's educational content is enough for the first 3 months.

Payments

How do I pay? Whop (Stripe-backed) for card payments. NOWPayments for USDC/USDT/BTC on major chains. Both auto-assign Discord roles.

Do you offer refunds? Yes, within 7 days of initial subscription if you've placed fewer than 10 bets. After that, cancel for the next cycle. Crypto payments non-refundable after 24hr confirmation.

Do you take a cut of my winnings? No. We never touch your real-money accounts. Our revenue is subscriptions + sportsbook affiliate referrals. Your winnings are 100% yours.

Responsible Gambling

What if I need to stop? Use /self-exclude. Choose 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. Bot blocks all bet/casino commands for that period. Cannot be reversed early.

Do you show big losses? Leaderboard shows ROI %. A user on -80% ROI is visible as -80% but not highlighted. We never celebrate losses or mock losing streaks.

Technical

Which Discord server? Official server invite: https://nurobets.ai/discord (canonical link, redirects update if we migrate).

Bot won't respond to my command? Check you're in a channel where the bot has send permission. /setup (admin only) re-verifies perms. Type /help in any allowed channel to test.

Can I run NuroBets in my own Discord? Not yet. Self-serve multi-server is planned for Q3 2026. For now it's a single-server product.

Where's your model code? Core model is closed-source. Individual SHAP feature explanations are visible to Elite users per pick. No full model export.

Legal

Are you licensed? NuroBets is an information and analytics service. We do not accept real-money bets. No gaming license required for this operation. Sportsbook operators you bet with ARE licensed (that's the point).

What states/countries are restricted? We geofence users from states where online sports analytics tools face ambiguous regulation. If /picks is blocked for you, the bot will tell you. Check your local sportsbook legality separately.

Can minors use the bot? No. 18+ (21+ in some states, e.g. MA). Age verification required at signup. Violations lead to permanent ban + refund.
