We will not generate or post audio, video, or images that imitate a real athlete, broadcaster, or public figure. No deepfakes, no AI voice clones, no celebrity face-swaps. The Connecticut PRIA-style ad-ban bills exist because operators have already crossed this line. We will not.

Audit hook: every NuroPicks asset on socials is hand-authored by David Olverson (founder) or generated from documented prompts that name no real person. Public roster of social handles at /transparency.

We will not slide into your DMs on X, Discord, Instagram, or anywhere else with cold pitches. We will not pay influencers to do it on our behalf. Acquisition is organic through public posts, the public record, and word of mouth. If a DM claims to be NuroPicks promoting an offer, it is impersonation. Report to [email protected].

Audit hook: zero DM-acquisition spend in any monthly statement. Supplier list (Stripe charges, Resend logs) is internal but available to MGC or state regulator on lawful request.

Every pick embed cites injury-feed source and fetch timestamp. If the injury feed is unreachable, the pick is held until it is. We will not fill the gap with model guesses about player status. The r/sportsbook complaint cluster around competitors saying a player was out when the player was active is the exact pattern this pledge prevents.

Audit hook: every Pro and Elite pick embed surfaces injury-feed provenance + fetch_ts. Verification chain at /verify resolves any pick hash to its input snapshot.

Every testimonial on this site is from a real, named user who agreed to be quoted. We do not commission Trustpilot, Reddit, or Discord reviews. We do not run review-incentive promotions that pay for positive feedback. If a NuroPicks marketing surface quotes you, you signed off on the quote.

Audit hook: testimonial sources documented in repo at web/content/testimonials.json with consent_ts per quote. Public record at /record is the primary social proof; quotes are secondary.

Stripe checkout discloses billing cadence and the cancel path before any charge. Cancel buttons are one click in the dashboard. We do not require a phone call, an email to support, or a wait period to cancel. The OddsJam Trustpilot $1,998-annual-denied-refund pattern from 2026-04-01 is the exact friction we refuse to build.

Audit hook: cancel flow lives at /account/billing; one click ends the subscription. Refund policy at /cancel-refund. NOWPayments crypto path uses a 30-day rolling refund window mirrored from the Stripe terms.

If you self-exclude in Discord or trigger a state-list registration, our marketing automations stop reaching you. We do not run win-back campaigns to lockout users. We do not segment by stake size to prioritize high-LTV outreach. The MGC 2026 shadow-limit rule is policy floor; this pledge is policy ceiling.

Audit hook: self-exclusion list is an exclusion segment in every Resend automation. /self-exclude in Discord toggles it within five minutes of confirmation.

We will never license, generate, or distribute AI imitations of real public figures. This is the exact ad pattern Connecticut and Massachusetts are moving to ban; we are aligned with the legislation, not lobbying against it.

Hallucinated injury / lineup status as confidence-padding.

Pick embeds quote injury-feed provenance and fetch_ts. If the data is missing, the embed says missing. Models do not fill in what they do not know.
