Operator: NuroPicks LLC, a single-member Wyoming limited liability company, registered office 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Governing law: State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Eligibility: 21+ only. By using NuroPicks you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and not located where sports-betting analytics are prohibited. Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in Wyoming under JAMS Streamlined Rules; class actions are waived. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality matters.
1. What NuroPicks is
These Terms are an agreement between you and NuroPicks LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA ("NuroPicks", "we", "us"). By accessing this site, the Discord community, or any related product, you accept these Terms.
NuroPicks is analysis software. We provide AI-generated betting picks with SHAP explainability, a verified capper marketplace, a Discord community, bankroll management tools, and a sportsbook line-shopping tracker.
We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers. We do not hold funds. We do not guarantee outcomes. Sports betting involves risk and you can lose money.
2. Age + eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use NuroPicks. Age verification is required before accessing any pick content. We do not serve users under 21 in any jurisdiction.
You represent that it is legal for you to use this service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing your local laws around sports betting analysis and wagering. NuroPicks is not available in every U.S. state. See the geo-block notice that appears if your region is restricted.
3. Subscriptions + payments
We offer Free, Pro ($29.99/mo), and Elite ($79.99/mo) tiers. Payment is processed by Whop (credit/debit) or NOWPayments (crypto).
You can cancel at any time from your Whop dashboard. Access runs through your paid billing period. We offer a 7-day refund window on first-time subscriptions. Capper marketplace follows its own refund policy listed on /capper-marketplace.
4. User conduct
No scam links, no tout behavior, no harassment, no bio-link farms. Cappers caught guaranteeing wins, selling insider information, or misrepresenting their track record are delisted permanently.
Moderators act within 30 minutes during peak hours. You can flag content via the /report command. Serious violations result in permanent bans with no refund.
5. Responsible gambling
If you recognize problem gambling signs, use /self-exclude to lock yourself out (7/30/90/permanent - cannot be reversed early). Call 1-800-GAMBLER for 24/7 confidential support.
We enforce hard bankroll caps at the command level. We will never intentionally market to users showing distress signals. See /responsible-gambling for the full list of tools + external resources.
6. No guarantees
Every pick is an educated prediction based on data, not a promise. Model accuracy is stated publicly. Sharp users lose bets. Unlucky streaks happen. Do not bet money you cannot afford to lose.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Capper track records are audited at listing but markets change and so do outcomes.
7. Termination
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, or behavior that endangers the community. Terminated users forfeit access and any unearned capper payouts.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@nuropicks.com. Deletion is permanent after 30 days.

9. Governing law + entity
NuroPicks LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless required otherwise by your local consumer-protection statute.
Formation date of NuroPicks LLC: April 22, 2026. Tax identification information is held with the IRS and U.S. Treasury and is not published publicly.
