NOWPayments crypto transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. Before you pay in crypto, you are shown the amount, network, wallet, and a confirm screen. Access starts on confirmation and the original transaction cannot be reversed.

Inside the 7-day first-charge window, yes, full refund. Outside that window, annual plans run to the end of the term. We will not prorate a partial year refund. The annual discount reflects the locked commitment.
No. Billing is separate from Discord membership. Cancel from your account billing page. Leaving the Discord server also does not cancel billing. These are intentionally separate so you do not accidentally lose access.
Cancel the subscription first, then email support@nuropicks.com with the subject DELETE ACCOUNT. We close the account and delete personal data inside 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized performance records stay for model training.
