If you subscribe to Pro or Elite for the first time and decide within 7 days that it is not for you, email [email protected]. Full refund, no retention pitch, no condition list. Crypto charges are non-refundable after on-chain confirmation; we say so at checkout, twice, and at the bottom of the email receipt.

PLEDGE 03

No annual auto-upgrade. No surprise renewals.

All subscriptions are monthly by default. We do not auto-upgrade monthly plans to annual. If you pick annual at checkout the price, term, and exact renewal date are shown twice before the card is charged. The renewal email lands 7 days before any annual rebill, with a one-click cancel link.

If we change the policy, you get the old one.

If we ever tighten the refund window, every active subscriber keeps the policy that was in force when they subscribed. New subscribers can see the change in the published changelog before they sign up. We will not retroactively shorten anyone's refund window.

If a charge is wrong, we eat it.

If our system double-charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or charges the wrong tier, we refund the full amount within 24 business hours of the report — no proof-of-cancel screenshot required. We trust your record; we have the database write-ahead log to verify. If we are wrong, we say so.

Why did you write a separate refund-guarantee page on top of /cancel-refund?

Because /cancel-refund is the policy-page-of-record (the operational specifics, the changelog, the support email path). This page is the public commitment — the marketing-grade promise that competitors point to in our absence. The /cancel-refund page details the how; this page declares the why and the binding pledges that go with it. Both pages cross-link.

What is the actual refund window?

7 days from the first Pro or Elite charge. Email [email protected] within 7 days, get a full refund. If you have been a subscriber and resubscribe later, the 7-day window applies only to the first charge of any tier; we treat returning subscribers the same as new ones.

Are crypto payments refundable?

Crypto charges are non-refundable after on-chain confirmation, because the chain is final. We disclose this twice at checkout and at the bottom of the email receipt. Most subscribers pay by card or ACH; both are 7-day refundable.

What if I cancel and you keep charging me?

Email [email protected] with the date you cancelled. We refund within 24 business hours, no screenshot required. We have the write-ahead database log; if your cancel-click landed, we can prove it. If we were wrong we say so.

Do you shorten the refund window for promotions or trials?

No. Every charge — promotional, full-price, post-trial conversion — has the same 7-day refund window. We do not run secret rules.

What if I subscribed before a future policy change?

If we ever tighten the refund window or any other refund-relevant policy, every active subscriber keeps the policy that was in force when they subscribed. We will not retroactively shorten anyone's refund window. The changelog at /cancel-refund records every revision with a date.

Is this a marketing pledge or is it legally binding?
