NuroPicks LLC is a sports-betting analysis platform. We publish AI-generated picks, sportsbook reviews, and capper-marketplace ratings. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or operate as a sportsbook of any kind.

Outbound links to licensed sportsbooks are FTC-disclosed affiliate links. NuroPicks LLC may earn a commission when a reader signs up at a partner sportsbook through one of our links. We pay 50% of any affiliate revenue back to the capper who sourced the signup, per our capper agreement.

Sportsbook ranking on /sportsbooks and /affiliates is determined by the rubric in section 04. Affiliate revenue does not change which books we cover, how we score them, or where they appear in our lists. A book that pays a higher commission does not get a better rating.

We will say plainly when a book is sharp on a given market and weak on another. Pinnacle is the lowest-vig sharp reference even though it pays no US affiliate commission to NuroPicks. Circa Sports has the cleanest line in Nevada. We say so on our pages because it is true, not because anyone paid us to.

Sports betting carries variance. A model with positive expected value can run a losing week or month. Past performance is descriptive, not predictive. We never use the words "guaranteed pick", "lock", "sure thing", or "can’t lose" to describe sports outcomes. Cappers on the marketplace caught using that language are delisted permanently.

The arbitrage and hedge calculators in /tools compute deterministic outcomes when both legs settle as priced. That is mathematics, not a betting guarantee. We disclose on each calculator that aggressive arbitrage and bonus-stacking can result in account limiting at sportsbooks; readers operate at their own risk.

Every sportsbook on NuroPicks is scored on six weighted criteria: pricing sharpness (30%), liquidity and limits (20%), prop depth and alt-line coverage (15%), live-betting speed (10%), payout reliability (10%), and customer-service responsiveness (15%).

Pricing sharpness is measured by sampling 200 spread + total + ML lines per book per week and computing the closing-line vig and beats-the-close rate against Pinnacle as the sharp reference. Liquidity is measured by published bet limits across NFL spreads, NBA totals, and player props during peak load.

Books move up or down in our ranking when their measured numbers move. We re-score quarterly. The score, sample size, and last-rescore date are visible on every book’s detail page.

Every published pick locks at post time via an append-only ledger. The locked-at timestamp, stake size, model confidence, top SHAP feature drivers, and sportsbook used for the line are all stored and surfaced on /record. Picks cannot be retroactively edited or deleted. If a pick loses, it stays losing on the public ledger.

Cappers on the marketplace must accept the same lock-at-post-time contract. A capper’s public stats (units, ROI, CLV, sample size) are computed from the ledger and refreshed on every settlement.

Authorship is bylined on every long-form post. Bylines link to author bios with verifiable credentials. The current editorial team is small (David Olverson, founder and lead editor) and is disclosed on /press and /about; expanded coverage of staff bylines lands as we hire.

Conflicts of interest: David Olverson holds equity in NuroPicks LLC and earns affiliate revenue when readers sign up at partner sportsbooks. He does not hold positions in any sportsbook operator, prediction-market platform, or sports-data vendor referenced on the site.

21+ only. Age verification is enforced via cookie-persisted modal on first visit and re-fired on the rejection path. Geo-restrictions are enforced via middleware for paid-product routes; users in restricted states are routed to a clean blocked page, not a 404 or vague error.

Responsible gambling resources are linked in every page footer (1-800-GAMBLER plus state-specific helplines for NJ, PA, MI, VA, CO, NY) and expanded on /responsible-gambling. We never market to users who have triggered self-exclusion or shown distress signals via the bot.

Errors get corrected with a dated note at the top of the affected page. Material changes (rating revisions, model updates that change a recommendation) are noted on the page and announced in the Discord #changelog channel.
