Builds and ships. Owns the product roadmap, model pipeline, infra, and most of the code on main. Previously ran Modern Grind Tech solo; NuroPicks is the first product where David is explicitly building with a small crew rather than solo. Based EDT.

Second pair of eyes on design and UX. Pushes us to write copy that reads like a human and not a landing-page template. Long-standing collaborator with David across prior projects.

Alpha tester and early betting-side feedback loop. Applies the picks, logs the CLV, tells us when a feature is confusing from a bettor's seat rather than a developer's.

Cappers (50/50 rev-share)

Apply via /apply-to-cap in Discord or the web form. Minimum 25 tracked picks to appear on the leaderboard. We pay per the 50/50 framework in docs/capper-agreement.

Alpha testers

Always open. Join the Discord and use the bot. We do not gate feedback channels; #feedback is read every day.

Engineers

Not hiring salary yet. Contract work or contributor PRs welcome. Look at GAPS.md + ROADMAP.md for live work.
