Why we are building this
In late 2025 we looked at the sports betting analytics landscape and saw the same shape repeated across every tool: paywall the useful math, flat-fee your cappers, hide CLV, and sell hype. The three biggest tools in the category collectively charge over $150 per month for what is largely the same feature set aimed at the same niche of high-volume bettors.
That left a gap for the 95 percent of sports bettors who do not have a $5,000 bankroll and who do not want to pay 3 to 5 percent of their edge to a subscription before they even see a line.
What we decided
Three non-negotiables from day one.
Public CLV. The closing-line-value record on every capper and every model. No hiding behind "overall ROI" numbers that flatter a one-hot-week profile. CLV is the one metric that predicts long-run profit at scale, and it is the metric most platforms refuse to publish.
50/50 with cappers. Every sportsbook affiliate dollar from a capper-sourced signup is split 50/50 with the capper. Industry standard is 10 to 20 percent. We believe the cappers are the business; the split reflects that.
Free tier stays free. 3 picks per day with SHAP-style reasoning. Glossary. Calculators. Academy modules 1 to 6. RG tools. All free. No dark-pattern paywalls on the education layer. Paid tiers unlock volume and depth, not basic functionality.
How we build
Build in public. The entire repo is on GitHub. The changelog is public at /changelog. The status page is public at /status. Dev-chat updates land every few minutes. If something breaks, we say so.
Small team, on purpose. David builds the bulk of the product. Mar is second pair of eyes on UX and copy. Glizzy is our first real-user feedback loop. Three people ship most of what you see on the site today. See /team.
What we are not
We are not a sportsbook. We do not take wagers, hold balances, or pay out winnings. We are an analytics and community platform; your real-money account lives at a licensed sportsbook we route you to.
We are not a prediction exchange. Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig, DraftKings Predictions, and Fanatics Predicts run event-contract markets that settle in real money. We do not. That distinction is the legal moat of our business model.
We are not the cheapest version of OddsJam. OddsJam is the category leader for +EV finding at a high price. We are something different: analytics + community + academy + capper marketplace for the everyday bettor. If you want pure +EV at scale, go to OddsJam.
What we will not promise
We will not claim guaranteed winners. A +3 percent edge model can go 18-32 over 50 bets without being broken; that is variance, not failure. We will not sell you a "system that cannot lose." We will not use fake countdown timers or artificial scarcity on the signup page.
We will publish our CLV. We will show you our model when it is wrong. We will lose publicly when we lose and ship in public when we ship.
Where to start
Join the Discord and run `/help`. The bot ships 3 AI picks per day to the free tier.
Use the calculators. CLV, no-vig, Kelly, EV, parlay, hedge, arbitrage. All free.
Read the CLV essay if you want the long-form on how we think about profit over time.
If we break our own rules, call us out in #dev-chat or open a GitHub issue. Silence is a bug.
