Common questions
How do I cancel my Pro or Elite subscription?
Cancel anytime from your billing portal at /pricing or by emailing support@nuropicks.com from the email on your account. We do not require justification, do not run save flows, and the cancel takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep tier access until then.
I paid but my Discord role did not upgrade. What now?
Discord role sync runs every 5 minutes. If it has been longer than 10 minutes after a successful Whop or NOWPayments checkout, run /resync in the bot or email support@nuropicks.com with your Discord user ID and the email used at checkout. Average resolution is under 1 hour.
Why was my pick graded as a loss when the team won?
We grade against the market posted at lock time, not the box-score winner. A spread of -7.5 graded against a 7-point win is a loss; a moneyline pick on the same team would win. The /record/{id} permalink shows the exact market and grading source for every pick.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription tiers are entertainment and education products and do not carry a money-back guarantee. We will refund duplicate charges and obvious payment errors within 7 days. See /cancel-refund for the full policy.
How do I export my data?
Account export is at /account/export and includes your bet history, settings, and Discord linkage. The public pick ledger is downloadable by anyone at /record/export.json or /record/export.csv with no auth required.
