The hash-chain promise
Every pick gets a SHA-256 hash at post time and a closing hash at tip-off. Both go in an append-only ledger no one can edit, including us. The /verify page recomputes the chain from raw inputs in your browser. If we ever changed a pick after the fact, the chain would break in public.
